CWG is led by Yanga Pangomso, a logistics professional with nearly a decade of industry experience. In his early twenties, he established and grew a transport operation that reached eight-figure annual performance — giving him deep insight into fleet management, mining logistics, and large-scale supply chain coordination.

His measured leadership, client-first approach, and operational discipline form the foundation on which CWG is built today. Headquartered in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth), CWG operates across South Africa delivering reliable solutions that create lasting economic impact across the logistics, construction and mining sectors.
